Jio या Airtel पर Teen Patti OTP नहीं aa raha
OTP delay aksar DND settings, carrier filtering, weak SIM registration, resend throttling या SMS vendor queue से hota hai. Reinstall से पहले resend timer ka wait करें और फ़ोन settings check करें.
Seedha jawab: Number confirm करें, 60 से 120 seconds wait करें, airplane mode ek baar toggle करें, transactional SMS allow करें और OTP kisi chat agent को na batayein.
चेकलिस्ट
- Number, SIM slot और signal strength check करें.
- Transactional messages के liye aggressive spam blocking disable करें.
- Login स्क्रीन loop करें को सिर्फ ऐप cache clear करें.
- Peak evening login window के bahar dobara try करें.
OTP fir bhi fail हो को operator name, डिवाइस model, एंड्रॉयड वर्ज़न और resend times के saath आधिकारिक सपोर्ट open करें.
सपोर्ट से पहले सबूत चेकलिस्ट
Carrier name, SIM slot, signal strength, ऐप वर्ज़न, resend timestamps और same फ़ोन पर koi और transactional SMS aaya क्या, yeh likh kar rakhein.
